А разве бывшая Тобольская ныне не Орджоникидзе? И здание, если не ошибаюсь, до сих пор стоит. Случаем, не "Оша" в нём? Вся разница, что раньше это была Тобольская, дом 11, а теперь Орджоникидзе, дом 11. Называется, заблудились в трёх соснах.
